RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of your order’s shipping date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original unused condition with tags and original packaging (if any) for a refund or exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or special bundles.
Once you have returned your item you will be notified if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember most banks and credit card companies take about 5-10 days to process and post a refund.
